It’s summer, so I’m back into drinking my green smoothie every day again. I love them because they are filling and can pack a lot of nutrition in a glass. Also hassle free as it doesn’t take more then 5 minutes of my time and if I don’t have time to drink it before I leave the house, I can easily take it with and sip on it on my way.
Here is a video I shot of a green smoothie combination I’m currently making, adding good fats and superfoods for balanced blood sugar and hormonal health. Enjoy!

Easy, blood sugar and hormone balancing green smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup collard greens or chard
- 1 cup berries
- half a cucumber
- coconut flakes
- 1 cup coconut, rice or any nut milk + water
- half a tbsp maca powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 2 tbsp tahini

- Blend and enjoy!
